Cancellation and refund policy

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges are permitted.

Payments once made cannot be reversed, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser, in which case refunds will be issued to eligible ticket holders.

Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance, change of plans, or personal reasons.

Changes to the event schedule, venue, or format do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund, subject to applicable laws.
