Privacy policy

We collect your name, email, phone number and emergency contact only to run the event and contact you about it.

Payments are made by UPI from your own app. We never see your UPI PIN or bank details; we only record the UPI reference number (UTR) to confirm your payment.

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges are permitted. Payments once made cannot be reversed, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser, in which case refunds will be issued to eligible ticket holders. Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance, change of plans, or personal reasons. Changes to the event schedule, venue, or format do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund, subject to applicable laws.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with event partners who need it to run the event, such as timing providers.
